Join our dynamic team as a KYC Payments Middle Office Associate/Senior Associate in Foreign Correspondent Banking (FCB) area and become a vital part of our mission to elevate client experiences within a truly global environment.
As a KYC Payments Middle Office Associate/Senior Associate within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and operational support to a diverse portfolio of multinational clients, including leading financial institutions. Your responsibilities will include supporting customer due diligence process, addressing client inquiries, and resolving operational issues, while identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery based on client needs. You will leverage your knowledge of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) principles and international market practices to make informed decisions that support both client satisfaction, business objectives and regulatory requirements. Your developing skills in strategic planning, conflict management, and digital literacy will be key in driving operational excellence and fostering strong cross-cultural relationships.
Job responsibilities 
 

  • Deliver comprehensive client service to multinational business and financial institutions by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Operate within a multicultural environment, collaborating with global stakeholders and adapting to diverse client needs and expectations.
  • Safeguard both clients and the firm by adhering to risk, compliance, and control frameworks, minimizing financial and reputational risk.
  • Support change management initiatives, contributing to strategic communications and stakeholder impact mitigation to ensure seamless operational transitions.
  • Apply knowledge of market products and international regulatory environments to provide informed support and guidance to clients.
  • Contribute to process automation and optimization initiatives, leveraging systems and digital tools to enhance efficiency and service quality.
     
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 
 
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse, international teams.
  • Written and spoken English at a professional level.
  • Prior CDD experience.
  • Experience in change management, including stakeholder communication and impact mitigation.
  • Proficiency in digital literacy, with a proactive approach to adopting new and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment serving multinational clients and financial institutions.
     
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills   
 
  • Any additional language knowledge.
  • Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements in quality, control, and efficiency.
  • Understanding of Foreign Correspondent Banking specifics and requirements.
  • Proven interest in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client experience.
  • Experience in client-facing roles across multiple business areas or functions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
