JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose: Join our dynamic team as a Wholesale Channel Marketing Lead and spearhead the execution of innovative marketing strategies for Levi’s®. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with both physical and digital Key Accounts and Premium Lighthouse partners across the UK, driving our digital presence and enhancing customer engagement both online and in-store.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to our key accounts and premium Lighthouse partners, ensuring alignment with Levi’s® brand standards and business objectives.

  • Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to boost Levi's® market share, visibility, and product sell-through.

  • Lead the creation of seasonal omnichannel marketing plans, seamlessly integrating online and physical consumer touchpoints.

  • Educate and ensure compliance among key accounts regarding Levi’s® marketing assets, brand guidelines, and communication protocols.

  • Collaborate extensively with the sales and broader marketing teams to synchronise marketing activities with account-specific needs and product focuses.

  • Demonstrate resilience and the ability to effectively balance collaborations across multiple key partners within the same season, adapting to evolving market dynamics while maintaining strategic focus and high performance.

  • Establish and monitor KPIs for marketing campaigns, utilising data-driven insights to optimise future marketing efforts and ROI.

  • Manage the conceptualisation and execution of in-store activations, including pop-ups and special events, working closely with the Brand Experience and Creative teams.

  • Oversee budget allocation and expenditure for marketing initiatives across key accounts and Lighthouse locations.

  • Operate as an independent contributor, adept at leading projects without direct reports, influencing across the organisation, and driving results through expert collaboration and stakeholder management.

  • Actively engage with the EU-wide wholesale channel marketing peer group.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in customer marketing, with a proven track record of enhancing in-store and digital customer experience and driving significant increases in traffic and conversion rates.

  • Extensive experience in wholesale channel marketing, working across multiple UK accounts, and possessing a strong network within the wholesale environment.

  • Prior experience in the apparel industry is highly beneficial.

Skills:

  • Extensive understanding of the UK wholesale markets including key business partners, market dynamics, and consumer segmentation.

  • Deep understanding of consumer and market insights to effectively lead marketing programs that amplify consumer demand.

  • Proficient in modern marketing channels, particularly digital and social media, to captivate and engage audiences.

  • Strong capability in innovation and experimentation with a focus on applying successful strategies at scale.

  • Strategic thinker with a vision for long-term brand growth and market presence.

  • Expertise in marketing ROI analysis, with a knack for leveraging marketing tools to maximise spending efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to navigate matrix organisations and manage stakeholders effectively.
