We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Website Executive to join the Cognism marketing team who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and maintenance of our three company websites.

Acting as a website champion, you will enable the effective delivery of website priorities, reporting directly into the Group Marketing Enablement Lead and supporting the wider marketing team to complete website briefs/tasks, fix technical website issues, approve and publish content and provide recommendations in line with organisational strategy, departmental goals, internal policies and regulations.

You will be enthusiastic, have a positive and can-do attitude, eager to learn in a fast-paced B2B environment and have experience in website design and UX design that will help develop, maintain and grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the wider marketing team to support campaign activity and demand-gen initiatives 
  • Working closely with our external digital development agency to manage and complete web development tasks and fix issues to support the development of future website improvements
  • Monitoring the look and feel of the company websites, ensuring a consistent brand identity is maintained to build trust and improve UX
  • Creating monthly website reports detailing website performance, and on-site user behaviour and offering recommendations to increase engagement on-site and optimise user journeys for conversion
  • Regularly check for technical issues; e.g. broken links, errors and issues across the websites and resolve them promptly. 
  • Support the management, review and publishing of website and landing pages to ensure content and assets remain accurate, optimised and compatible with visitors across all devices and screen sizes. 
  • Monitor and implement basic SEO best practices, utilising tools and data to evaluate site performance
  • Support and implementation of website A/B testing, personalisation and optimisation strategies

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years experience working in a web design or website-focused role and an excellent understanding of website and UX design principles
  • Ability to prioritise their workload and manage multiple tasks to ensure these are delivered in a timely and accurate manner
  • Strong understanding of web design and development, SEO, and digital marketing principles
  • Capable of working independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Management of external digital agencies and building strong relationships with them to brief on web requests and collaborate on web projects
  • Experienced in using website CMS (Hubspot CMS preferred)
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and use of project management tools (Asana and Clickup)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Fluent in English and has excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Good experience in implementing SEO best practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, creative and multitasking skills
  • Experience using analytics tools; Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with basic HTML/CSS editing would also be beneficial
  • Experience working in a start-up/fast-paced environment
