About the role:

At Zone & Co, we’re looking for a Website Coordinator to take ownership of our website and digital properties, ensuring a seamless and engaging online experience. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage website updates, optimize performance, and contribute to new features that support our evolving business needs. Your work will directly impact our brand’s visibility, user engagement, and overall marketing success.

Let’s talk about responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and publish templatized web pages, collaborating with the Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing and agency partners.
  • Execute technical SEO updates, ensuring our site stays optimized for search visibility.
  • Handle day-to-day website maintenance—fixing broken links, updating menus, optimizing images, refining internal linking, and ensuring a polished user experience.
  • Manage website governance by maintaining a structured CMS protocol and approval workflows.
  • Own the website development Asana project, keeping deliverables on track and ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Integrate third-party tools and platforms to enhance website functionality.
  • Conduct regular site audits to optimize performance, improve user experience, and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Monitor competitor websites and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Train and support internal teams in basic website management tasks.
  • Maintain and organize our internal image, video, and document libraries for streamlined content management.

Let’s talk about what you need to excel

  • 3+ years of website management experience, ideally in the SaaS and/or B2B space.
  • Hands-on experience with Webflow (required) and other CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to handle minor development tasks.
  • Excellent project management skills—able to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—you thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with AI-driven tools for process optimization is a plus.
