Position Overview: We are seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing programs with our strategic partners, including PE/VC firms, system integrators, technology providers, and referral & reseller partners. You’ll focus on driving awareness, equipping partners to sell and refer Zone products, and increasing lead generation and diversity across our portfolio. In your first year, your primary focus will be on standing up and optimizing our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system, enhancing partner enablement, and launching impactful co-marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Enablement & PRM (30%)
    • Launch and maintain the PRM system, including partner training, quote tools, and enablement resources.
    • In partnership with the Partner team, scale partner-facing collateral, such as reseller/referral materials, "campaigns in a box," and newsletters.
    • Assist the Partner team in scaling partner training initiatives to ensure alignment with our product portfolio and messaging.
  • PE/VC Support (30%)
    • Design marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with PE/VC firms, and assist in building new PE/VC relationships
    • Work closely with the PE/VC team in Partnership to develop strategies and execute tactical plans.
  • Co-Marketing & Communications (30%)
    • Collaborate with partners on thought leadership campaigns, including webinars, whitepapers, and joint events.
    • Manage co-marketing initiatives with technology providers like Avalara and system integrators such as Deloitte.
    • Drive partner awareness through strategic communications and joint promotions.
  • Other (10%)
    • Collaborate on spiffs and promotional programs in partnership with sales teams.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve partner marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of working with PE/VC firms, consultancy partners, technology providers, and/or system integrators.
  • The ideal candidate will have also have experience working with partners who implement partner software
  • Experience launching and managing a Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system, such as Impartner.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills with a knack for building collaborative relationships.
  • Able to balance the need to build a strategy & execute on the strategy
  • Knowledge of ERP systems or enterprise technology markets is a plus.
