As a Team Leader within CDW's Supply chain your role will be to plan, organise, direct and drive a team to deliver business objectives through motivation and engagement whilst promoting the CDW culture and values. To ensure product is processed in a safe manner ensuring standards are met.
Supporting the team in the smooth and efficient running of the department. Fostering a can-do approach and continual improvement culture in all functions ensuring Health & safety standards are met.
What you will do:
- Drive the team
- Respond effectively to any issues at packing stations
- Quality Check / Keep Processes updated
- Ensure training and sign offs are completed in correct timescales
- Ensure the Skills Matrix is constantly updated and accurate
- Complete FA/Near Miss/Accident forms in accordance with H&S legislation
- Coordinate allocation of heads to tasks in own area and cross departments
- Log and action RCA's in correct timescales
- Ensure radio comms are maintained and covered.
- Manage cross training with other areas
- Conduct agency 121s and feedback to individuals
- Audit timesheets
- Ensure handover KPIS are done correctly and on time
- IIL/Coaching log/A121s correctly logged and actioned
- Conduct briefs and pass on team communications
- Conduct Agency RTW's
