What you will do:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory accuracy.
- Support scrap, return, and compliance-related processes within SAP.
- Coordinate with LSPs and internal functions (Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance) to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse flows.
- Monitor and report warehouse KPIs, such as stock accuracy, timely GR/DO posting, and operational lead times.
- Provide front-line support for operational issues and assist in implementing improved workflows.
- Contribute to system updates, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and compliance.
The skills you bring:
- 2-5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations (ERP/SAP experience preferred).
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and support critical cycles, including quarter-end closing.
- Good command of English for effective business communication.
Nice to have:
- Background in telecom or technology supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with compliance procedures and scrap handling processes.
