We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Integration Engineer to join our team. This role involves ensuring the seamless integration, upgrade, configuration, and maintenance of network management systems(OSS) in customer networks. The Integration Engineer will collaborate with project teams and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality solutions meet customer needs while contributing to process improvements for optimized delivery. Following Ericsson's best practices, this role also demands an analytical approach to troubleshooting and continuous learning for technical advancements.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze, prepare, implement, and execute configurations and integrations related to network management systems, including upgrades, migrations, and expansions of nodes/networks/systems.
  • Create, maintain, and validate detailed test cases to ensure reliable deployments and operational stability.
  • Assess network and system requirements during integration projects to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Diagnose and resolve system-level troubleshooting and integration-related issues.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and achieve project milestones on time.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose enhancements to streamline efficiency in service delivery.
  • Document lessons learned, technical methods, and processes for sharing knowledge and enhancing workflows.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, security guidelines, and Ericsson internal regulations.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in network integration or system implementation roles. Experience in telecom environments is preferred.
  • Practical experience with network management systems, involving system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • In-depth knowledge of IP networking, telecommunications protocols, and integration techniques.
  • Robust analytical problem-solving skills to address complex technical issues during integration.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage internal teams and external clients.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with scripting and automation tools is highly desirable.
