Job Description:

Join us in shaping the future of user experience by leading impactful design initiatives that put customer needs at the heart of everything we build.

What will I be doing:

As the VP of User Experience, you will lead the strategy and execution of UX initiatives across the organization. You will play a critical role in advancing a culture of user-centered design, partnering closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to broader business objectives.

Additionally, as the VP of User Experience, you will lead and inspire the UX team, providing clear direction while ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and evolving market trends. You will work closely with cross-functional partners and champion a user-centred approach across the business.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Driving UX strategy and execution, developing initiatives that enhance customer experience, deliver measurable business value, and support overall company goals,

  • Leading cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and impactful user experiences,

  • Championing user research and insights, leveraging data and emerging trends to inform decisions and uncover new opportunities,

  • Overseeing end-to-end UX delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with business objectives,

  • Fostering a strong UX culture, promoting creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team and wider organisation,

  • Engaging stakeholders internally and externally, aligning priorities and driving meaningful UX outcomes,

  • Contributing to thought leadership, elevating UX through best practices, internal initiatives, and industry engagement.

What experience do I need:

You will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on UX leadership, with a proven ability to deliver impactful user experiences in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You are comfortable leading teams, working cross-functionally, and using data and insights to shape design decisions that drive both customer and business outcomes.

Key experience includes:

  • Proven leadership of UX teams, with a track record of delivering successful UX initiatives,

  • Strong understanding of UX principles, methodologies, and the full UX lifecycle from discovery through to delivery,

  • Experience in user research, insights, and leveraging data to inform decision-making,

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels,

  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills,

  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing UX talent,

  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, and deliver in fast-paced environments with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
