What you will do:

Note that this is a primarily office-based role (4 days per week).

This role will own new product innovation (NPI) and ongoing product management for Zero100’s suite of customer-facing products, frameworks, and tools. Key objectives include translating customer needs (both stated and unstated) into a roadmap of new tools, frameworks, insights, and community events to help Zero100 customers make large-scale investment decisions with more confidence. This role will report directly to our Chief Operating Officer and regularly present and showcase their work at the highest levels of our business – including to our Senior Leadership Team, CEO, and Board. We’ve scoped this role as an individual contributor who will partner closely with our Insights, Community, Data, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to bring the best of Zero100’s capabilities together to deliver tangible, quantifiable customer impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New product innovation (NPI): Own NPI for our product set and expand our suite of tools, insights, and community events to maximize customer impact.
  • Product strategy: Translate new product ideas into a north-star vision and actionable roadmap. Regularly review and debate strategy with our Senior Leadership Team, CEO, and Board.
  • Product execution and delivery: Partner with teams across the business – including Insights, Community, Data, Engineering, and Go-to-Market – to execute new product ideas and deliver the product roadmap.
  • Product delivery and usage analysis: Develop a deep understanding of the needs of our customers (both stated and unstated) through close collaboration with our Insights team and ongoing product delivery support. Role requires strong executive-level communication skills.
  • Product usage and data analysis: Dive (very) deep into product usage trends, metrics, and analysis; create new/novel metrics to track how customers are using our products to deliver business outcomes.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in product or product-adjacent roles.
  • Experience leading new product innovation at fast moving, customer centric organizations.
  • A proven ability to translate new product ideas into an actionable roadmap (and consistently deliver against it).
  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • A deep knowledge of the latest AI tools and concepts (ie, low-code tools and vibe coding platforms).
  • Experience building new/novel metrics to assess product usage and inform product strategy.
  • Strong data literacy and technical acumen – including an ability to self-sufficiently analyze large data sets.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and experiment in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Domain expertise in the supply chain, operations, and/or B2B tech sectors.
  • A deep understanding of subscription business models and customer lifecycle management.
  • Experience working in a start-up and/or scale-up environment.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary and bonus scheme
  • Unlimited holidays
  • Private healthcare & life insurance
  • Enhanced pension
  • Enhanced parental leave policy
  • Custom-designed offices in central London with free breakfasts & snacks
