About the Role
At SharkNinja, we create innovative products that delight consumers and define categories. As we continue our rapid expansion across Europe, we are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and data-driven leader to elevate our EMEA commercial planning capability and bring greater clarity to how we forecast, align, and execute across markets.
Reporting to the Global VP, this role is the EMEA owner of commercial forecast orchestration. You will be accountable for delivering a consistent, insight-led, and action-ready forecast across the UK, France, Germany, and Emerging EMEA. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, SS&A, and Operations, you will lead the regional rhythm of the business-aligning global expectations with local market realities and turning complexity into commercial advantage.
This is a career-defining opportunity for a leader who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys untangling ambiguity, and can convert data, insight, and robust cross-functional debate into decisions that accelerate performance.
If you are excited by building world-class capability, influencing at the most senior levels, and raising the planning maturity of an entire region-this is your stage.
What You'll Do
Own the EMEA planning rhythm
  • Lead the end-to-end regional planning cycle (PT, Consensus, Forecast Reviews), ensuring quality, consistency, and clarity in every submission.
  • Align country teams to global planning frameworks, embedding standards, expectations, calendars, and deliverables.
Champion forecast quality and insight
  • Drive forecast accuracy and accountability across markets, coaching teams to build reasoned, insight-backed assumptions.
  • Pressure-test inputs, stress-test scenarios, and develop forward-looking hypotheses that inform senior-level decisions.
Create cross-functional alignment that sticks
  • Ensure Sales, Finance, SS&A, and Operations operate with a shared planning language and set of priorities.
  • Lead high-impact forums that turn ambiguity into clarity and competing perspectives into unified action.
Lift regional planning maturity
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of commercial planning and orchestration leaders.
  • Introduce new behaviours, processes, and tools that strengthen ownership, precision, and agility across all EMEA markets.
Act as the EMEA voice in global planning
  • Represent regional insights, risks, and opportunities in global planning forums.
  • Translate global direction into clear, actionable guidance for markets across Europe.

What You'll Bring
  • 15+ years' experience in commercial planning, IBP/S&OP, forecasting, or operations within CPG, consumer durables, or retail/e-commerce.
  • Proven success leading complex, multi-country planning processes across EMEA.
  • Strong experience aligning regional planning to global frameworks and driving accountability across diverse, senior stakeholders.
  • Deep commercial acumen with the ability to shape compelling narratives that influence executive decision-making.
  • High level of systems and data fluency (e.g., Anaplan, SAP IBP, Power BI or similar).
  • A track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving portfolios and planning cycles.
  • Exceptional communicator who brings structure, clarity, and calm to complexity.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus.
