At SharkNinja, our mission is bold and simple: to positively impact people's lives every day, in every home around the world. Building unstoppable teams is how we get there and this role sits right at the heart of that mission.
As a Senior Talent Access Partner, embedded within our global Talent team, you'll help attract and hire the commercial talent that fuels our growth across EMEA and beyond. You'll partner closely with leaders across Sales, Strategic Sales & Operations, Sales Operations, Direct-to-Consumer, and other Global Functions, supporting the teams that take our category-defining products to market and scale them globally.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in pace and complexity, enjoys solving business problems, and is ready to level up their strategic impact.
What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for commercial roles across Sales, Strategic Sales & Operations, Sales Operations, Direct-to-Consumer, and Global Functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, share market insight, and align on sourcing and assessment strategies.
  • Lead and support on recruitment intake meetings, shaping role profiles, agreeing evaluation criteria, and ensuring structured, high-quality interview processes.
  • Build strong, future-ready talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and long-term relationship building across commercial talent markets.
  • Champion recruitment excellence, with consistent use of Greenhouse and a strong focus on data quality, pipelines, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture, Compensation, and Finance to deliver smooth offer processes and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Embed inclusive hiring practices, ensuring every search reflects our commitment to DEI.
  • Contribute beyond delivery by supporting employer branding, interviewer capability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within commercial, consumer, or fast-growing environments.
  • Strong commercial curiosity and the ability to understand business priorities and translate them into hiring strategies.
  • Growing confidence influencing hiring managers and senior stakeholders, with ambition to stretch into Director and VP-level searches.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, scaling organisations, with excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • A genuine commitment to DEI and belief that diverse teams drive better commercial outcomes.
  • Confidence using Greenhouse (or similar ATS) and applying data to improve hiring decisions.
  • A growth mindset, curious, proactive, and motivated to develop.
