The Role
We’re looking for a Visuals Editor to join Tatler.
You’ll support in shaping Tatler’s visual style and will produce cover, fashion, supplement and occasional features shoots, making sure each shoot stays on brand, on time and within budget.
The role is part of the Art team but will also work in close partnership with the Fashion and Features teams and Managing Editor.
About the role
Produce Tatler’s cover, fashion, supplement and occasional features shoots.
Manage individual photoshoot budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring each shoot aligns with the brand’s aesthetic and is delivered on time and within budget.
Research imagery when required across print and digital platforms.
Assist with booking talent and creating mood boards to help shape the creative direction of each shoot.
Work closely with the features and fashion teams to ensure talent choices align with Tatler’s brand and editorial vision.
Manage travel arrangements, research and secure shoot locations, handling contracts and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
About you
This role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of shoot production, and an ability to efficiently research imagery. The ideal candidate can thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines with ease. They will be a creative problem solver, capable of thinking outside the box while successfully juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven production management skills.
A good understanding of how to find exciting visuals that are on-brand for Tatler.
Ability to contribute to editorial decisions and develop story ideas from start to finish.
Skilled in managing tight budgets and deadlines.
Extensive knowledge of creative concepts and a passion for photography.
An established network of talent agents and industry contacts.
Organised team player.
