We're looking for a Visuals Editor, 12 month FTC to join the Condé Nast Traveller team!

The Visuals Editor will be responsible for curating and producing innovative visual content across platforms including social, video, digital, print and experiential. Ensuring content meets brand integrity and production quality standards while remaining on schedule and budget.   

What will you be doing?

  • Develop strong relationships with the digital team and print visuals department to understand visual/photo needs and deliver projects accordingly.

  • Secure contracts, photo fees and usage rights for all images (produced and researched), in partnership with CN legal and business affairs teams.

  • Develop and propose cross-platform ideas that align with the brand's established identity and visual strategy.

  • Oversee all research, image selection, credits and CMS upload/publication across platforms.

  • Assist in monitoring and managing the digital photo budget, using sound judgment to determine when issues or decisions need to be escalated to the Visuals Director and/or Operations and Finance partners.

  • Ensure all invoices are tracked and processed on time and that jobs are wrapped accurately and efficiently.

Who you are:

  • Extensive industry experience in photo/visual production or related fields, with a growing book of contacts for agencies, photographers, stylists, studios, etc.

  • Strong editorial judgment with demonstrated experience developing visual stories across platforms, using a detailed understanding of platform requirements.

  • A highly motivated self starter with a demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines within a dynamic and matrixed environment.

  • A meticulous eye for detail and impeccable organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate multiple stakeholder inputs, opinions and decision-making styles effectively.

  • A work style that combines innovative thinking with strong operational discipline.

  • A proven enthusiasm for Condé Nast Traveller and its values as a brand.
