What you will do:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated BDM to join our team. This person should possess outstanding sales experience, honed customer service skill and a passion for technology, new systems, and innovative business solutions in a variety of settings and inceptions. We value executives who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business. The ideal fit will be innovative enough to suggest tailored solutions to common account problems. Dedication to growing the business and facilitating smoother connections between our clients and our internal executives is a must.
What You'll Do:

  • Work directly with new prospects and clients to uncover short and long-term business initiatives
  • Become an expert at our risk management software by successfully completing training sessions and participating in ongoing development programmes
  • Work directly with the UK`s largest fleet operators to deliver outstanding risk improvement solutions
  • Effectively and dynamically communicate the ways our software streamlines processes and empowers clients
  • Meet regularly with business leaders and representatives to gain insight into business objectives and issues
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes consistently and on time
  • Work effectively with team members and other departments to reach sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with sales best practices and trends


What you will need:

  • Professional sales experience in telematics or SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in a quota-driven environment, ideally with risk management knowledge &/or experience of working with Enterprise businesses(1-5 years)
  • Consistent experience working toward professional and personal goals
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in professional, academic or volunteer environments
  • Proven track record of success through promotions, awards or rankings
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Experience of effectively managing prospects within Salesloft/Salesforce/similar solutions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications and presentation skills
  • Energetic and passionate about one's personal brand
  • Professional approach to daily tasks and the ability to carry oneself like an executive


Compensation:
Target OTE= £70,000 GPB + commission
