This is a unique opportunity to help shape regulatory strategy at one of the world's leading financial institutions. • Partner with senior stakeholders across Sustainability, Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Investor Relations and regional leadership teams to assess impacts, establish priorities and coordinate implementation activities.

  • Shape high-quality sustainability disclosures and reporting strategies, ensuring alignment with global frameworks including IFRS S1, IFRS S2 and TCFD, while supporting strong governance, controls and regulatory compliance.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting quality, data integrity and execution efficiency through process improvement, automation and the responsible adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience leading sustainability, regulatory, prudential, risk or disclosure-related initiatives within financial services or a similarly regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of the evolving sustainability and climate regulatory landscape, including disclosure frameworks and emerging developments affecting global financial institutions.
  • Ability to assess the strategic, operational and governance implications of regulatory change, translating complex requirements into clear business priorities, implementation plans and practical solutions.
  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen, with an understanding of how sustainability, regulatory and risk developments influence business strategy, governance, decision-making and stakeholder expectations across financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, build alignment across diverse functions and lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a highly matrixed organisation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and judgement skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information, provide credible challenge and communicate clear recommendations to senior management and governance forums.
  • Experience strengthening controls, documentation and assurance-ready processes; familiarity with sustainability data, digital tools, automation and emerging AI-enabled capabilities is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sustainability, finance, accounting, economics, law, public policy or a related field.
