The Category Lead, Vaccines for Brazil is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the Vaccines portfolio within the country. This position is accountable for driving sustainable growth, market leadership, and innovation across all vaccine brands and segments, ensuring alignment with Pfizer's global and regional strategies. The Category Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for all vaccine-related initiatives in Brazil, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to maximize impact and deliver value to patients, healthcare professionals, and the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the Vaccines business strategy for Brazil, aligned with global and EM priorities. Identify market opportunities, anticipate trends, and drive the long-term growth agenda.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of the entire Vaccines portfolio, ensuring strong brand positioning, lifecycle management, and the successful launch of new products.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams including Medical, Regulatory, Market Access, Public Affairs, and Sales to deliver on business objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain key relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, industry associations to support access and uptake of vaccines.
- People Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous growth and development.
- Financial Management: Own the P&L for the Vaccines category, ensuring efficient resource allocation, budget management, and delivery of revenue and profitability targets.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all business activities are conducted in compliance with Pfizer's standards, local regulations, and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with significant exposure to vaccines market.
- Proven track record in strategic leadership roles, preferably at the director level.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex portfolios and launching innovative products in Brazil.
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and financial management capabilities.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, and multicultural environment.
