Job Description

A UX Consultant Designer / Digital Product Designer sees digital products through the eyes of the user, applying UX methodologies, research insights, and design principles to create intuitive, engaging, and meaningful experiences. You design with purpose—always grounded in user needs, business processes, and technical realities.

Your day-to-day includes facilitating workshops, developing wireframes and prototypes, conducting user interviews and usability tests, and translating insights into actionable design solutions. Masters of UX design understand how to bridge user needs, business objectives, and complex technical contexts to deliver digital experiences that truly work.

As a Designer in a consultancy context, you will work directly with customer teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and bring clarity in environments that evolve quickly. You’ll collaborate with analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure your solutions are feasible, consistent, and experience-led. Curiosity, flexibility, and a passion for continuous learning—especially around new technologies such as AI—will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Required skills :

  • Figma or similar tools
  • Miro
  • Workshop facilitation 
  • Understanding of business processes & functional analysis
  • Interest or experience in AI-supported design workflows
  • HTML/CSS: basic knowledge is a plus
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent 
  • Languages: English and Dutch 

Soft skills :
