We're looking for a User Researcher to join our team and help us better understand the needs, behaviours and motivations of researchers, research organisations and strategic partners who engage with Our Future Health.

Working across researcher acquisition, partnership growth and go-to-market initiatives, you'll generate insights that help us develop products, services and experiences that drive adoption, engagement and long-term value for our research community.

This is an exciting opportunity for a researcher who enjoys working in complex environments, partnering with product and commercial teams to turn user insight into meaningful action.

What you'll do

As a User Researcher, you'll play a key role in ensuring our decisions are informed by a deep understanding of researcher and partner needs.

You'll:

  • Plan and deliver user research across the product and service lifecycle, using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods including interviews, surveys, usability testing, workshops and behavioural analysis.
  • Explore the needs, motivations and pain points of researchers, institutions and strategic partners to inform product development and go-to-market.
  • Generate actionable insights that support researcher acquisition, engagement and retention.
  • Conduct usability and concept testing to help refine products, services and communications before launch.
  • Collaborate with product, commercial, marketing and design teams to ensure user insight is embedded into decision-making.
  • Support the evaluation of products, services and campaigns, helping teams understand what is driving adoption and where improvements can be made.
  • Facilitate workshops and research playback sessions that align stakeholders around user needs and opportunities.
  • Contribute to maintaining a repository of research findings and insights, ensuring knowledge is accessible across the organisation.
  • Champion user-centred thinking and help build understanding of research methods and best practices across teams.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative and passionate about understanding people and organisations.

You'll bring:

  • Experience conducting user research for digital products, services or propositions, with the ability to independently plan and deliver research studies.
  • Experience working in B2B environments, researching professional users, customers, clients, partners or other organisational stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of a range of user research methods, including interviews, usability testing, survey design and synthesis techniques.
  • Experience generating actionable insights that inform product, commercial or go-to-market decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate research findings into compelling stories and practical recommendations.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, designers, marketers or commercial stakeholders.
  • Experience using research tools and platforms for recruitment, testing, analysis and documentation.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the confidence to work in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple priorities.

Let's prevent disease together.
Closing date for applications: 9am, 1st July
