Provide HR and administrative support to People & Talent teams: respond to HR queries, maintain people records, support hiring (background checks, shortlisting, contracts), schedule meetings and training, manage onboarding/offboarding, administer benefits and pensions, produce HR reports, support engagement surveys and ad-hoc HR projects, and recommend improvements to HR policies and processes.

Lead and deliver qualitative and quantitative user research across the product lifecycle to inform recruitment, retention and participant experience. Design usability studies, evaluate post-launch impact, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, and embed evidence-based decision-making. Collaborate with product, design and analytics teams, run workshops, build an insights repository, coach colleagues, and champion inclusive, accessible research practices.

Plan and run qualitative and quantitative user research across product and service lifecycles to understand researchers, institutions and partners. Produce actionable insights, run usability and concept tests, support acquisition and engagement strategies, facilitate workshops and playbacks, collaborate with product, commercial, marketing and design teams, and maintain a research repository to embed user-centred insight into decision-making.

Senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end technology spend oversight: reporting, forecasting, budget tracking and governance across cloud, SaaS and AI. Drive cost optimisation, enforce tagging and allocation standards, build dashboards, manage SaaS licensing and vendor spend, partner with Technology and Finance, and promote cost-aware engineering to improve efficiency without impacting delivery.

Lead acquisition of recontact studies and manage the end-to-end commercial pipeline. Develop go-to-market strategies, engage senior decision-makers, negotiate multi-stakeholder contracts, and build strategic partnerships across life sciences, medtech and academia. Shape pricing and data-commercialisation models, ensure compliance with governance and data safety, and drive accurate forecasting, CRM discipline and performance reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally to influence product strategy and represent the organisation externally while modelling ethical, mission-led leadership.

Partner with Participant Journey leadership to lead forecasting, scenario modelling, budgeting and contract financials. Deliver monthly reporting, develop business cases, monitor supplier performance, and provide financial insight to support recruitment, retention and operational decision-making across a large health research programme.

The Senior Analytics Platform Engineer will design and maintain data models in Snowflake, mentor teams, and ensure data quality for analytics at scale.

The Staff Analytics Platform Engineer will lead the architecture and development of a scalable analytics platform, focusing on Snowflake, ingestion pipelines, and technical mentorship.

The Staff Engineer will lead architectural design for researcher operations systems, integrating SaaS components, and managing technical strategy while collaborating across teams.

The Senior Data Scientist will enhance clinical trial recruitment through data products and services, liaising between teams to develop efficient analytics and technologies, ensuring trust in a regulated environment.
