Senior Product Designer responsible for designing, testing, and implementing digital products and services for participant recruitment. The role leads UX/UI discovery and validation, prototyping, user research, experimentation, service design, healthcare data visualization, and accessibility compliance. Working with product, engineering, clinical, research, and business stakeholders, the designer translates complex services and healthcare information into intuitive, inclusive experiences while influencing product roadmaps and delivery priorities.

Leads the Legal function and serves as principal legal adviser to the Board, executives, and senior leaders. Advises on governance, charity law, public funding, commercial contracts, strategic partnerships, procurement, health data, technology, intellectual property, and regulatory risk. Builds a high-performing in-house legal team, develops contracting standards and approval processes, manages external counsel and budgets, and supports partnerships with government, NHS, research, life sciences, and technology organizations.

Lead architectural and technical decisions for shared data-platform capabilities, combining hands-on software engineering with Staff-level technical leadership. Build scalable cloud-native systems and data pipelines, mentor engineers, collaborate with product and cross-functional stakeholders, integrate partner systems, and support live operations and incident response. The role focuses on reliable processing of large volumes of sensitive health and research data while improving engineering practices across multiple teams.

Build and maintain reusable, scalable data pipelines for clinical research participant recruitment. Develop Python-based transformation and ETL logic, prototype genomic workflows, curate sensitive health and genetic data, and support data-provider integrations. Collaborate with researchers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality datasets. Apply data-engineering standards, cloud and distributed-computing practices, workflow orchestration, containerization, testing, and agile development methods.

The Staff Analytics Platform Engineer will lead the architecture and development of a scalable analytics platform, focusing on Snowflake, ingestion pipelines, and technical mentorship.

Leads enterprise-wide data operations and governance, overseeing data acquisition, onboarding, quality, lifecycle, releases, security, privacy, compliance, and managed data services. Develops operating models, standards, controls, reporting, and scalable processes while coordinating Data Engineering, Legal, Security, Science, Product, suppliers, and public-sector partners. Manages and grows data management and governance teams, resolves complex operational issues, and ensures trusted, efficient data delivery for health research.

Lead a cross-functional engineering squad to deliver scalable, well-governed healthcare data capabilities using standards like OMOP and FHIR. Provide hands-off technical leadership, manage and develop engineers, drive roadmap delivery, oversee architecture and operational reliability, and coordinate with product, data and research teams to enable health research at scale.

Design and build scalable pipelines to ingest, transform and harmonise large healthcare datasets into research-ready formats (OMOP/FHIR). Lead technical direction, implement data quality and governance, collaborate with data scientists and epidemiologists, and deliver reusable data products using cloud and big-data technologies.
