Leads enterprise-wide data operations and governance, overseeing data acquisition, onboarding, quality, lifecycle, releases, security, privacy, compliance, and managed data services. Develops operating models, standards, controls, reporting, and scalable processes while coordinating Data Engineering, Legal, Security, Science, Product, suppliers, and public-sector partners. Manages and grows data management and governance teams, resolves complex operational issues, and ensures trusted, efficient data delivery for health research.

Design, develop and tune threat-led detections using KQL and Microsoft Sentinel. Collaborate with the threat team and MSP SOC, implement detection-as-code/CI-CD, tune DLP and Insider Risk controls in Purview, support automation and reporting (Sentinel workbooks), document designs, and help maintain ISO 27001 compliance.

Partner with Commercial and Marketing to deliver market intelligence, customer segmentation, forecasting and commercial performance insights. Build data models, dashboards and reporting, improve CRM pipeline visibility, define commercial metrics, support forecasting and planning, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.

Full-stack mid-level engineer building and operating secure research environments (frontend, backend, infrastructure). Work includes Typescript/Node development, IaC (Terraform), Azure/Kubernetes, data modelling, operational management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enable secure researcher access to sensitive health data.

The Staff Engineer will lead architectural design for researcher operations systems, integrating SaaS components, and managing technical strategy while collaborating across teams.

Senior individual contributor responsible for end-to-end technology spend oversight: reporting, forecasting, budget tracking and governance across cloud, SaaS and AI. Drive cost optimisation, enforce tagging and allocation standards, build dashboards, manage SaaS licensing and vendor spend, partner with Technology and Finance, and promote cost-aware engineering to improve efficiency without impacting delivery.

Lead a cross-functional engineering squad to deliver scalable, well-governed healthcare data capabilities using standards like OMOP and FHIR. Provide hands-off technical leadership, manage and develop engineers, drive roadmap delivery, oversee architecture and operational reliability, and coordinate with product, data and research teams to enable health research at scale.

Design and build scalable pipelines to ingest, transform and harmonise large healthcare datasets into research-ready formats (OMOP/FHIR). Lead technical direction, implement data quality and governance, collaborate with data scientists and epidemiologists, and deliver reusable data products using cloud and big-data technologies.

Manage day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR, month-end close, cashflow forecasting, VAT returns, audits support, team development, process improvement and cover for senior finance duties.

The Staff Analytics Platform Engineer will lead the architecture and development of a scalable analytics platform, focusing on Snowflake, ingestion pipelines, and technical mentorship.
