Provide HR and administrative support to People & Talent teams: respond to HR queries, maintain people records, support hiring (background checks, shortlisting, contracts), schedule meetings and training, manage onboarding/offboarding, administer benefits and pensions, produce HR reports, support engagement surveys and ad-hoc HR projects, and recommend improvements to HR policies and processes.

Lead and deliver qualitative and quantitative user research across the product lifecycle to inform recruitment, retention and participant experience. Design usability studies, evaluate post-launch impact, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations, and embed evidence-based decision-making. Collaborate with product, design and analytics teams, run workshops, build an insights repository, coach colleagues, and champion inclusive, accessible research practices.

Plan and run qualitative and quantitative user research across product and service lifecycles to understand researchers, institutions and partners. Produce actionable insights, run usability and concept tests, support acquisition and engagement strategies, facilitate workshops and playbacks, collaborate with product, commercial, marketing and design teams, and maintain a research repository to embed user-centred insight into decision-making.
