Serve as first point of contact for participants via phone and email, support registration/consent/questionnaires, troubleshoot issues, handle queries and complaints with empathy, escalate complex cases, collaborate with internal and external teams, train new staff, and compile and present participant data and reports to stakeholders.

The Staff Analytics Platform Engineer will lead the architecture and development of a scalable analytics platform, focusing on Snowflake, ingestion pipelines, and technical mentorship.

Design, develop and tune threat-led detections using KQL and Microsoft Sentinel. Collaborate with the threat team and MSP SOC, implement detection-as-code/CI-CD, tune DLP and Insider Risk controls in Purview, support automation and reporting (Sentinel workbooks), document designs, and help maintain ISO 27001 compliance.
