Own and improve the researcher experience across a Trusted Research Environment and related products. The Product Manager will research user needs, shape product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, define success measures, analyze evidence, and collaborate with engineering, design, science, data, governance teams, and DNAnexus. The role requires translating complex scientific and technical workflows into user-centered product decisions while operating responsibly in a regulated health research environment.

Leads enterprise-wide data operations and governance, overseeing data acquisition, onboarding, quality, lifecycle, releases, security, privacy, compliance, and managed data services. Develops operating models, standards, controls, reporting, and scalable processes while coordinating Data Engineering, Legal, Security, Science, Product, suppliers, and public-sector partners. Manages and grows data management and governance teams, resolves complex operational issues, and ensures trusted, efficient data delivery for health research.

Partner with Commercial and Marketing to deliver market intelligence, customer segmentation, forecasting and commercial performance insights. Build data models, dashboards and reporting, improve CRM pipeline visibility, define commercial metrics, support forecasting and planning, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.
