Your role:

The Used Vehicle Manager will provide a range of strategic, commercially focused and operational management services in this business critical area, owning the Certified By INEOS Global Approved Used Vehicle programme, managing Residual Value and TCO Modelling Strategy plus overseeing and managing OEM Used Vehicle Stock to agreed KPIs.The successful management of INEOS residual values and flow of used vehicles into and through our global network is key to the ongoing success of the INEOS automotive brand and the ongoing development of relationships with key customers such as Hertz.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Control of the overall Remarketing process on a global basis. Managing relationships with the Regional Teams to ensure implementation of Regional strategy that maximises RV and controlled sales volumes.

  • Accountable for ensuring implementation of a global strategy.
  • Manages the global implementation of CBI (Certified By INEOS) programme.
  • Drive initiatives and campaigns to support the sell-in & sell-out of vehicles through the approved used Retail Partner Network and Digital Channel, maximising revenue for INEOS Automotive and reporting residual values achieved
  • Collaboratively work with Sales Operations and Regional Sales teams to ensure the Retail Partner Network are maximising the used vehicle opportunity
  • Work with the retail partner engagement teams to ensure the network’s used vehicles operations are supported adequately with training and development tools
  • Manage the retail capability by implementing Best Practice KPIs to support both a Direct-To-Consumer and Digital Sales Platform, as well as our franchise dealer network; Used vehicle ROI, Stockturn, Quality Assurance and Vehicle Presentation
  • Maintain relations with relevant RV setters to support a working knowledge of current market used vehicle trends and values

What we are looking for:

  • Proven track record of success leading Approved Used Vehicle Programmes within OEM
  • Experience of working with third parties to support the smooth and timely flow of product to the retailer network.
  • Strong product knowledge and interest in the 4x4 market
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Residual Value and TCO Models
  • Automotive Industry mandatory, international experience preferred
  • Strong planning and analytical skills as well as effective negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Capable of working under pressure, on strategic and tactical timescales
  • Experience working in a global role
