If you have experience of sales with the forklift or material handling sector, that would be an advantage but is not essential. We are looking for someone who can ideally show previous success in sales, is self-motivated, is happy to work in a role where they will be seeking new business and following up leads. If you have experience in sales but are looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
You will need to be commercially minded, IT literate, have excellent communication skills.

We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager (Used Trucks) to work within the A1/M1 corridor.
The main focus of this role is to maximize our share of used truck opportunities by selling within this specified geographical area.

 

What we offer:

Reporting to the Territory Sales Manager you will have responsibility to sell Used Equipment. Linde Material Handling offer a competitive, uncapped, commission-based package with a company car.

We are looking for a commercially focused individual who can:

  • Hit volume targets, market share and coverage.
  • Day to day planning of prospecting in line with the required levels of sales activity
  • Accurate weekly forecast as required.
  • Identify customer requirements and undertake site surveys
  • Produce accurate quote for orders using K1SS
  • Ensure complete and clean order packs are delivered to Sales Administration
  • Present quote to customer in an effective manner including financial solutions Demonstration of products where appropriate
  • Promote to customer the full range of products and services that Linde offer.
