Job Description

Our Social Responsibility (SR) Coordinator role is a unique opportunity to bring the LEGO brand vision and mission to life to create impact for LEGO employees and children in local communities!  

Please Note: 

  • No relocation assistance is offered for this position. 

  • The role is based in our London HUB located at 8-10 New Fetter Lane. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly. 

Core Responsibilities: 

Volunteer Strategy, delivery and Partnerships  

  • Develop and deliver a diverse range of volunteer activities and events that bring to bear employees' skills, interests, and passions to encourage builders of tomorrow through play.  

  • Support Social Responsibility Manager in delivery of community partnerships and global initiative activations.  

  • Be the main point of contact for employees, fielding inquiries and supporting them as they navigate our volunteer programs.  

  • Build internal advocates for participation and delivery of volunteering across the LEGO Group. 

  • Ensure alignment with Health & Safety and Safeguarding guidelines.  

  • Strategize, coordinate and deliver all elements related to UK Play Agent programme 

Communications, Events & Engagement  

  • Lead all volunteer-related communications - both promotional and logistical.  

  • Plan and coordinate special events like World Play Day and Community Impact Month, leading end-to-end programme delivery across agency, local teams and SR partners — owning budgets, governance and communications while keeping Learning through Play central and partners aligned.  

Administration, Logistics & Reporting  

  • Coordinate volunteer planning, registration, and reporting activities.  

  • Coordinate product donations, as part of Build to Give programme 

  • Ensure adherence to reporting standards required by internal processes and external audits.  

  • Provide ongoing support for EMEA Social Responsibility team, including but not limited to, product donations and Play Agent logistics

Do you have what it takes?  

  • Right to work in the UK.  

  • Professional experience in Social Responsibility and employee engagement 

  • Dedication to our hybrid working policy of 3-days per week working from our London Office, 2-days from home.  

  • Proven curiosity about social impact/social responsibility.  

  • Passionate about working with children & learning through play.  

  • Confident in crafting and facilitating experiences for children.  

  • A playful attitude to team working, solving problems, and working with partners.  

  • Experience in both small- and large-scale event management.
