We’re looking for a Marketplace Senior Account Executive to own day-to-day execution and performance across a portfolio of marketplace clients. You’ll combine hands-on platform expertise with a detail-oriented approach to deliver high-quality output across content, operations, and advertising.
You’ll work across a range of clients – from growing brands to established global businesses – supporting their presence on platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay and other retailer marketplaces. You’ll play a key role in ensuring listings are optimised, accounts are running smoothly, and campaigns are delivering against performance goals.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, improving processes, testing new ideas, and building expertise across multiple areas of marketplace management.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Optimisation- Manage product listing creation and ongoing optimisation using client-provided assets
- Develop and enhance images and video content in line with marketplace best practices
- Write and refine product copy, including A/B testing where applicable
- Create and update Amazon Stores
- Use tools (e.g. Amalytix) to analyse content performance and identify improvements
- Collaborate with Creative teams to support content strategies (including TikTok Shop)
- Monitor daily account health across marketplace platforms
- Manage and resolve platform cases on behalf of clients
- Support PO creation and order fulfilment processes to marketplace warehouses
- Escalate critical operational issues where needed
- Ensure smooth day-to-day running of client accounts
- Support the creation and optimisation of Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns
- Use tools (e.g. Pacvue) to analyse and improve campaign performance
- Assist in planning seasonal campaigns and new product launches
- Report on performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Continuously test and refine campaign creative to improve results
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, output quality, and performance
- Stay up to date with marketplace trends and platform updates
- Contribute ideas to improve processes, tools, and ways of working
- Share learnings and best practices with the wider team
- Experience working across marketplace platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
- Confidence working across multiple tasks and priorities
- An interest in marketplace trends, eCommerce, and digital performance
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Work across multiple marketplaces, clients, and international markets
