The UK Senior Marketing Manager is accountable for liaising with our Sales, Partnerships, Global Marketing and Global Product teams to support across our full Go-To-Market (GTM) planning to execute marketing plans which support the growth of the UK & Ireland business, and where relevant, support the other Global functions. The role is also responsible for any external relationships within the region that support our Marketing strategy. 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic

  • Market research and analysis: Conducting market research to identify target audiences, understand customer behavior, and analyse industry trends.
  • Developing short and long-term marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This includes defining target audiences, value propositions, and competitive positioning for the UK & Ireland. 

Partnerships

  • Support and deliver a Partnerships marketing strategy to maximise visibility and sales of brands/retailers gift cards, across all of Prezzee’s distribution channels (consumer, business and strategic partner channels whilst generating revenue for Prezzee.
  • Use data and customer insights to plan, execute and measure brand partner (i.e. Asda, lastminute.com etc) marketing campaigns in collaboration with the UK & Global Partnership team.
  • Accountable for end to end planning, setup, testing, implementation and post campaign reviews of brand partner campaigns. 
  • Seek and manage brand approvals for all campaigns across all channels (consumer, business and strategic partner) for the UK and Ireland. 

Campaign & Content Management 

  • Develop and execute all local B2B UK campaign & content calendar to drive new and repeat business for the UK & Ireland
  • Support the wider Global team with the implementation of B2C & B2B global campaigns (UK & Ireland web banners, eDM execution, Gift Card SKU implementation)
  • Own and manage Prezzee’s CMS (Content Management System) changes for the UK & Ireland
  • Work with the UK B2B Sales team and Partnerships team to manage, facilitate and execute any conferences or events to help drive business objectives
  • Liaise and work with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are running to deadlines
  • Develop briefs with stakeholders internally and externally to ensure briefs are aligned to the business strategy and are clear and concise
  • Content creation: Overseeing the creation of engaging and informative content for local marketing materials, websites, blogs, and other platforms
  • Execute end to end campaigns including but not limited to managing relationships with legal, working with the relevant systems e.g. CMS, SKU manager, django and uploading and testing SKUs, T&Cs, greeting cards, setting up promos, building emails and other relevant administrative tasks to support campaign execution (e.g. fulfilment of prizes and giveaways), creation of QR codes etc 
  • Performance tracking and analysis: Monitoring and analysing the performance of marketing campaigns, measuring key metrics, and generating reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relevant internal and external partnerships to develop mutually beneficial relationships that deliver results and provide reporting and analysis including reports, insights and recommendations

Local PR Management

  • Work with Prezzee’s UK PR agency to establish a plan that aligns with Prezzee goals
  • Seek legal approval for content and communicate with the global marketing team to ensure consistency of approach for any global campaigns

Product Campaigns

  • Work with the global marketing & product teams to ensure tight collaboration and seamless execution of go-to-market and product enhancements 
  • Design and execute UK GTM plans for existing products and new product launches to support Prezzee’s objectives which could include inbound lead generation, increase in sales, increase in adoption
  • Analyse product marketing performance and create post implementation reviews for the business to continuously improve

Global Integration

  • To support Global strategies and the growth of the business you will have a dotted reporting line into the global team
  • As a regional hub for the Global business, part of this role will be working with the Global teams to drive efficiencies and effectiveness for all of our campaigns
  • Integral to this role is to share knowledge, insight and work together to ensure that we are driving to be best-in-class across all regions
  • Run marketing stand ups, take a leadership role in ensuring UK team members update their initiatives to keep within campaigns to deadlines. 
  • Be responsible for the final check of all campaign execution including minimising mistakes, checking formatting, spelling, grammar, rendering on devices (web, mobile etc) and a professional look and feel for Prezzee that meets the brief
  • Ensuring the global brand guidelines are followed to ensure consistency across the globe & the global vision and direction of the brand

What We Are Looking For:

  • 6-8 years of experience in a senior marketing or campaign management role, with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams, including Sales, Account Managers, Partners, and Global teams, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to use data and insights to guide campaign decisions and optimise performance.
  • Experience in end-to-end campaign management, from planning and execution to analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Comfortable using CMS, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other marketing tools to execute campaigns and manage content.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, with a focus on delivering results.
