The Finance Business Partner will support Shared Services by owning budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, cost-base performance, financial reporting, and finance transformation. The role partners with executive leaders across technology, engineering, data, and digital product, develops business cases for technology initiatives and supplier spend, oversees capital development and transfer pricing, and provides actionable financial insights to guide investment and operational decisions.

Perform nightly cleaning and upkeep across offices, breakout areas, and washrooms on a 7-on, 7-off schedule. Duties include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, operating floor buffers and carpet extractors, and maintaining hygiene and presentation standards while following Manual Handling, COSHH, and health and safety requirements.

Provides technical presales consulting for ServiceNow solutions to public-sector enterprise customers, with emphasis on higher education and healthcare. Responsibilities include customer discovery, executive engagement, solution demonstrations, proposal responses, business-value articulation, competitive positioning, sales and territory planning, marketing events, and transition briefings. The role requires expertise in enterprise software presales, complex solution selling, public-sector accounts, ServiceNow technologies, AI applications, and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
