As our Finance Business Partner for Shared Services, you’ll sit right at the heart of our tech-led operation, partnering with executive leaders across Tech, Engineering, Data, and Digital Product to shape the financial strategy that powers our business.
You’ll drive our finance transformation by taking complete ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and automating financial insights that directly influence executive decision-making. Balancing strategic long-range planning with hands-on commercial support, you’ll ensure our investments deliver maximum value and operational efficiency across our global cost bases.As one of our Finance Business Partners, you’ll:
- Partner directly with the executive management team to drive long-range Shared Services investment strategy and align short-term choices.
- Own the month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and cost base performance for global Shared Services cost centres.
- Lead the production and automation of key management information (MI) and financial reporting using modern EPM and BI tools.
- Collaborate closely with technology and product teams to build robust business cases for complex tech initiatives, capital development (CAPDEV), and supplier spend.
- Oversee capital development and inter-company transfer pricing processes across our global entities.
- Align global finance business partners to ensure unified support for Shared Services deliverables.
- A qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE and proven experience in a similar FP&A or business partnering role.
- Data savvy and skilled at converting complex, high-volume financial data into clear, actionable executive insights.
- Experienced with finance transformation journeys, including implementing or transitioning to modern BI and EPM tools.
- An exceptional, forward-thinking communicator who can constructively challenge senior leadership and influence outcomes.
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Experienced in presenting clear oral and written financial analysis to senior stakeholders and parent company teams.
