Your Role: Transformation Manager, DAX

Reporting to the Commercial Transformation Director, DAX, you will lead and support high-impact commercial projects across DAX Audio and DAX Outdoor. You will bring structure, insight and momentum to initiatives that improve how we work, develop our products and support sustainable commercial growth.

 

As a Transformation Manager, DAX at Global, you will:

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project delivery and change leadership (40%): Lead cross-functional transformation projects from scope through to delivery, creating clear plans, milestones, measures of success and communications. Keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, risks, timelines and business benefits.

  • Commercial improvement and customer success (25%): Work with sales, agency, and DAX teams to understand customer needs and challenges. Identify opportunities to improve services, processes and ways of working, ensuring initiatives deliver meaningful commercial impact.

  • Product development and implementation (20%): Partner with DAX Audio and Outdoor teams on the development and delivery of new advertising products. Support robust project processes, effective stakeholder engagement and metrics that demonstrate impact.

  • Strategic insight and growth (15%): Build an understanding of market trends, the competitive landscape and Global’s wider objectives. Explore emerging opportunities with the Commercial Transformation Director and turn insight into practical, outcome-led recommendations.

What Success Looks Like

 

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Built strong relationships with key DAX and wider-business stakeholders, understanding their priorities and growth opportunities.

  • Developed a clear understanding of the transformation programme, active workstreams and measures of success.

  • Agreed and begun leading priority projects, with clear roadmaps and regular stakeholder communication in place.

  • Built knowledge of DAX advertising products, Global’s wider product mix and the competitive landscape.

  • Identified opportunities to improve commercial outcomes, customer experience or delivery processes.

What You’ll Need

  • Project and change management: Experience delivering complex projects or initiatives in a matrix organisation, with a structured yet flexible approach.

  • Stakeholder focus: Strong relationship-building skills and a client-service mindset, with the confidence to work across teams and levels.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to provide clear, consistent updates and articulate business benefits.

  • Strategic problem solving: The ability to diagnose challenges and opportunities, develop practical solutions and focus on measurable outcomes.

  • Commercial curiosity: An interest in media, agency and programmatic advertising landscapes, alongside an understanding of customer and market needs.

  • Personal approach: Comfortable working autonomously, with energy, resilience, curiosity and a bias towards action.
