As a key member of our programme team, the Transformation Lead is responsible for managing the implementation of a new operating model for our one of our key Business Teams functions

.

You will work closely with our programme leadership team, workstream leads, third parties and senior management and leaders across our Business Teams functions.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Partnering with the function Chief and their leadership team to architect and drive execution of a comprehensive transformation roadmap, aligning the delivery of underlying function implementation plans, and defining, tracking, and managing the realisation of benefits.
  • Providing advice and support to the function Chief and their leadership team, orchestrating engagement strategies with key stakeholders, leading development of a robust change strategy and tangible change interventions aligned with the functional transformation agenda.
  • Fostering collaboration and alignment; integrating efforts across geographies, functional implementation teams and distinct project/programme teams to ensure that plans are holistic and delivered successfully in all relevant jurisdictions.
  • Proactively navigating operational pressures and peak demands associated with functional change, mitigating risks to critical operational service delivery.
  • Anticipating and proactively managing emerging risks, issues, bottlenecks, and resource needs for the function.
  • Contributing to integrated programme planning activities and supporting the generation of timely, data-driven programme reporting to inform decision-making and drive accountability.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience partnering with leaders to activate and optimise their functions, steering transformational change initiatives and implementing new target operating models and comprehensive end-to-end process transformations.
  • Experience developing and implementing organisational designs in complex, global organisations.
  • Experience in legal services or professional services partnership environments is preferred, as is a deep understanding of one or more of the following key business functions: Business Development & Marketing, Technology & Data, and Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in change management, underpinned by a thorough knowledge of change management frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project and programme lifecycle.
  • An ability to understand different cultural / local issues, whilst maintaining a focus on globally scalable solutions.
  • A proactive and outcome-oriented mindset, driving clarity from ambiguity, and progress via self-leadership and effective collaboration with others.
  • Excellent attention to detail and able to communicate effectively at all levels - clearly and succinctly conveying ideas and options.
  • An inclusive leadership style, aware of the needs of, and supportive of, team members.
