Job Description :
Transformation Enablement Lead
Level: Senior Manager (L4A )
Location: London, Edinburgh or Amsterdam
Reports to: Transformation Delivery Director, Global Supply Chain & Procurement
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Closing Date - 28th December 2025
About Us
With over 200 brands sold in nearly 180 countries, Diageo is the world’s leading premium drinks company. Our Supply Chain & Procurement (SC&P) teams source, make and move the iconic brands that help us celebrate life every day, everywhere.
We are embarking on a multi-year transformation to build a future-ready supply chain — driving productivity, resilience, growth and capability across markets and functions - this role is central to accelerating that journey.
About the Role
Reporting to the Transformation Delivery Director, the Transformation Enablement Lead will play a pivotal role in connecting and enabling our major transformation initiatives across Supply Chain & Procurement.
This is a senior, individual contributor role with high visibility to executive leaders. You will:
Create and own the transformation narrative and roadmap across multiple programmes, helping leaders and teams understand where we’re heading and why it matters.
Lead change enablement and adoption, building leadership capability and preparing markets and functions to successfully land change at pace.
Design and run transformation governance, ensuring progress, risks, decisions and trade-offs are visible and well-managed.
Identify and manage interdependencies across initiatives, surfacing potential conflicts early and supporting better sequencing of change.
Act as the single point of contact into the enterprise transformation office, aligning function-level work with company-wide priorities.
You will deliver through influence rather than direct line control — working with senior stakeholders, programme leaders and virtual teams to drive alignment and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of the transformation enablement strategy.
Build and embed a consistent transformation narrative and “from–to” story.

Governance, Portfolio & Interdependencies
Design and run portfolio governance routines that provide insight into progress, risks, and outcomes.
Maintain a holistic view of transformation performance, working closely with finance and programme teams.
Identify and manage interdependencies and cumulative change impacts across initiatives.
Integrate roadmaps so that change is sequenced and sustainable for teams on the ground.
Stakeholder Engagement & Enterprise Interface
Act as the primary interface between Supply Chain & the central transformation office.
Build strong relationships with senior leaders, influencing without authority.
Simplify complex transformation content into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
About You
You are an experienced transformation and change leader who thrives in complex, global environments and is comfortable operating at portfolio level.
You bring:
Significant experience leading large-scale transformation in FMCG / CPG, supply chain, operations or digital environments.
A strong track record in change leadership, including narrative building, adoption planning and senior stakeholder engagement.
Experience operating in or alongside a Transformation Office / PMO / portfolio governance environment.
Proven ability to manage interdependencies and prioritisation across multiple programmes.

Change & engagement: Deep understanding of how to land change at scale and build leadership ownership.
Governance & portfolio management: Disciplined in tracking performance, benefits and risk.
Stakeholder influence: Confident with senior stakeholders; able to challenge constructively and hold others to account.
Strategic communication: Clear storyteller — able to simplify complexity and build conviction.
Execution & resilience: Highly organised, delivery-focused and resilient in a fast-moving, demanding context.
