What You’ll Be Doing

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Own and deliver the communications and engagement plan for Landmark, ensuring activity is aligned to key programme achievements and wider business priorities.
  • Turn complex change into clear, compelling stories, translating programme developments and impacts into communications that resonate with different audiences across M&S.
  • Build engaging content across a range of channels, including presentations, videos, briefings, Town Halls, newsletters, leadership updates and the Landmark Hub.

  • Experience producing high-quality communications and presentations, including materials suitable for senior business partners, alongside experience of communication platforms, collaboration tools or programme hubs.
  • Proactive, organised and comfortable with pace and ambiguity, able to balance competing priorities, maintain excellent attention to detail and deliver high-quality work in a fast-moving environment.
