About the role:

The Transformation and Change Manager is responsible for planning, and executing change management initiatives across the organization to successfully deploy a range of tech-based projects. This role focuses on ensuring that process changes are understood and ultimately adopted by our colleagues across the group. They will oversee all aspects of change management, including communication, training development, and execution, while working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.


 

Key responsibilities include the following :

  • Change Management Plans:
    • Develop and implement change management plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. The successful candidate will need to be able to tailor and manage interactions with senior stakeholders, facility operators and all levels in between.
    • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment with the change management strategy.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to project management teams, providing guidance on managing change across the organization.
    • Facilitate communication between project teams, leadership, and affected departments.
  • Impact assessment:
    • Conduct change impact assessments to identify the effects on the organizational structures, roles, processes and systems and develop mitigation plans
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify risks to adoption and hence project delivery and develop effective mitigation plans and track execution
  • Communication:
    • Design and implement effective communication plans that clearly convey the purpose, benefits, and impacts of changes
    • Develop communication materials such as newsletters, presentations, FAQs, and intranet content.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and monitor the effectiveness of communications.
  • Training Development and Execution:
    • Assess training needs related to change initiatives and develop comprehensive training programs to address these needs, via an Impact Assessment.
    • Design, develop, and facilitate delivery of training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to improve outcomes.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to change adoption, training effectiveness, and project success.
    • Analyze data to assess the impact of change initiatives and adjust activities as needed.
    • Report on progress and outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by gathering feedback, identifying lessons learned, and incorporating best practices into future change initiatives.

Stay current with industry trends, methodologies, and best practices in change management and training.

We will be looking for evidence of the following in our successful candidate:

  • Proven experience leading complex transformation and change initiatives in global organisations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organisational alignment
  • Experience delivering change across multiple countries, cultures, and business functions
  • Expertise in structured change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR); certification preferred
  • Experience supporting large-scale business, operational, or technology transformation programmes, including ERP/SAP environments
  • Strong knowledge of organisational readiness, impact assessment, risk mitigation, and change adoption measurement
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and training skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Recognised change management expert with a hands-on, collaborative approach and a track record of driving sustainable organisational change
