Drive territory sales of advanced wound care by engaging clinical stakeholders, securing formulary inclusion, running product evaluations, delivering training, conducting audits and local studies, protecting existing business, and using CRM to record activity while meeting sales metrics and compliance standards.

Manage global supply for assigned products to meet service and inventory targets, support S&OP/S&OE processes, coordinate new product launches and end-of-life activities, optimize inventory and replenishment across DCs, resolve shipping/data discrepancies, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply continuity and planning accuracy.

Lead design, build and deployment of production AI workflows embedded with business teams using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Fabric. Own API integrations, CI/CD, MLOps/AIOps, testing, documentation and handover. Provide senior technical leadership, set standards, rapidly prototype in sandbox environments and ensure reliable, secure, production-ready AI solutions connected to enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, data lake).

Fixed-term (10 months) role to own employer brand and recruitment marketing: translate the EVP into job ads and toolkits, run low-cost targeted campaigns, create content, optimise candidate experience and career site, report on channel and engagement metrics, and manage suppliers and job boards to maximise ROI.

Perform and manage physical testing of medical devices in a controlled ISO 13485/9001 lab. Design, validate, and execute test methods, collect and analyze data to GLP/GMP/GDP standards, author validation protocols/reports, perform investigations and root-cause analysis, and support laboratory operations and equipment maintenance.
