Provides technical leadership for medical device product development, customer projects, lifecycle management, and change control. Leads design control activities, maintains Design History Files and risk documentation, conducts investigations and root cause analyses, and applies DFM/DFA principles. The role collaborates across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Operations, and Commercial teams, mentors colleagues, improves development processes, and guides complex engineering decisions across a global portfolio.

Lead enterprise architecture for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, including process redesign, solution architecture, portfolio management, integration, governance, and technology strategy. Partner with business and technology leaders, product managers, engineering teams, PMO staff, system integrators, and software providers. Evaluate architectures, software standards, business cases, security and privacy requirements, regulatory alignment, technology roadmaps, and SAP ECC-to-S/4HANA migration plans.
