The Training Operations Specialist manages the operations of training programs, including scheduling, administration, compliance, and effectiveness evaluation. Responsibilities include maintaining training records, coordinating with instructors and clients, and collaborating with various departments to align training needs
The primary purpose of the position is to oversee the operations of the Training Programs from pre-course to post-course administration and delivery. To manage the efficient use of systems, processes, instructors, training content and ERM CVS resources to satisfy internal and external clients’ training needs. The role has responsibility for the overall effectiveness of activities and for the ongoing implementation of best practices in CVS Group within different locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist on scheduling training sessions, Program, Classes and virtual events (According to the best geographical locations/products).
- Communicate with instructors and clients (public and private training) to ensure smooth training delivery. Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Evaluate training program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments to align training needs.
- Ensure compliance with training policies and procedures, including coordination of accreditation requirements.
- Assist in the development of training materials & resources with timely issuance of training certificates
- Follow the Training Operations Processes and procedures from a sales contract signed till the Training certificates are issued and released coordinating with both Sales and Finance/Accounts team
- Make sure we achieve the Target Revenue for each project through an efficient delivery
- Manage the LMS to control & coordinate Training delivery processes and record keeping.
- Handle Training Contracts in ERM systems for invoices by liaising with Finance team
- Manage ERM resources to ensure workloads are planned and the department runs efficiently
- Assist with providing contract development and venue support helping them to deliver training forward schedule.
- Review continually open course occupancy and take action to protect course profitability as appropriate
- Assist with instructor selection, induction and onboarding
- Assist the Training Director to ensure that all contractual relationships with key suppliers are maintained continually reviewed and improved
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in training coordination or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High discipline in planning and executing projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training software.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.
- Candidates based in UK or Central Europe are preferred. Candidates in USA will also be considered as well.
