The Global Commercial Training + Education (GCT+E) team is responsible for training and certifying our commercial teams on the safe and effective use of our products and enabling the best commercial skills to serve our customers in a competitive and challenging sales environment. Global Training Operations is a valuable and strategic arm of the GCT+E team, with the primary responsibility of standardising global training activities for approximately 7,000 commercial sales reps and managers, and measuring our function's efficiency and impact on the business. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting GCT+E's vision to be a world-class training and learning organisation, ensuring commercial operational excellence and alignment with outstanding service levels across the globe.

What will you be doing?

  • Supporting our global sales function and medical education teams by owning troubleshooting and providing administrative functions and local customisations of our digital learning platforms (Allego, Saba Cloud, Power BI)
  • Using your data cleansing, manipulation and visualisation skills to ensure our dashboards are reliable, accurate and impactful.
  • Finding opportunities for commercial training process improvements and implement automation solutions using tools like Power Automate.
  • Supporting the coordination of global training projects, ensuring alignment with established timelines and deliverables.
  • Delivering monthly training scorecards and share observations, insights, actions, and progress on key issues to advise decision-making.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience managing learning platforms or HRIS systems, preferably with a global user base.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across global teams.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including data validation, manipulation, and dashboard/report creation using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) is highly desirable.
