Purpose 

 

Ensure the effective planning, coordination, and implementation of training programs that support employee development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across the organization. As part of the Quality Group, the Training Coordinator fosters a skilled workforce by aligning learning initiatives with the company’s strategic goals and food industry standards.

Responsibilities 

 

·        Develop and manage training programs using AI platforms to generate training materials in multiple languages

·        Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create content and manage training activities within the EQMS training module.

·        Manage and oversee training activities within the EQMS training module.

·        Ensure training programs meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

·        Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, report KPIs, and make necessary adjustments.

·        Provide support and guidance to trainees and address any training-related issues.

·        Maintain training records, compliance logs, and certificates 

·        Coordinate and schedule internal and external training programs 

·        Assist in budgeting for training and development activities

·        Liaise with department heads to assess training needs 

·        Support onboarding and continuous learning initiatives 

Qualification and Experience 

 

Qualification 

·        Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Training, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

·        Certification in instructional design or training development is preferred.

·        Familiarity with Pharma or food industry standards and regulatory frameworks 

·        Familiarity with EQMS training modules and quality assurance processes.

Measurements 

·        The timely and effective development of training programs will measure success in this role.

·        Quality and accuracy of training content.

·        Feedback from trainees and stakeholders.

·        Compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

·        Efficiency in managing training activities within the EQMS training module.



Requirements


Experience 

·        Minimum of 2 years of experience in training development or coordination.

·        Experience with AI platforms and video content creation.

·        Exposure to international or multi-site environments – advantage 

Skills, Knowledge, and Special Qualities 

 

·        Proficiency in using AI platforms for content creation.

·        Excellent organisational skills (ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams)

·        Awareness of cultural differences in a global training context 

·        Strong project management skills (ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines)

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Strong time-management skills 

·        Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

·        Knowledge of statistics and data analysis.

·        Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.

·        Technological proficiency (MS Office, Learning Management Systems, scheduling tools)
