Own strategic relationships with global clinical supply chain clients across MENA and Europe. Develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, advise sponsors, coordinate internal teams, manage forecasts and reviews, anticipate regulatory and capacity risks, and support onboarding of new studies and services. The role requires clinical trials and pharmaceutical supply chain knowledge, commercial confidence, international collaboration, and CRM experience.

Lead European clinical market expansion by identifying opportunities, developing partnerships, managing CRO and sponsor relationships, executing go-to-market strategies, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, tracking sales pipelines, and optimizing logistics services. The role focuses on clinical research logistics, including Importer of Record, depot, and related solutions, while collaborating with operations, regulatory, legal, and sales teams.

Supports digital marketing strategy execution across website, SEO, automation, video, social media, advertising, email campaigns, events, and webinars. Coordinates project plans, schedules, resources, agencies, and campaign launches while tracking progress, KPIs, materials, and quality. Maintains CMS content and marketing collateral, supports brand standards, assists with marketing design and technical papers, and manages social media and event logistics.

Coordinates employee training programs, including multilingual content creation with AI, EQMS administration, scheduling, compliance tracking, onboarding, and effectiveness measurement. Collaborates with subject matter experts and department leaders to assess training needs, maintain records, monitor KPIs, support trainees, and ensure alignment with quality, regulatory, and food industry standards.

Oversee compliance and quality for pharmaceutical wholesale distribution under a Wholesale Dealer’s License. Maintain the quality management system and distribution records; manage product returns, recalls, complaints, defects, and incident reporting; review import documentation; monitor imported product quality; support MHRA inspections; ensure staff training; and drive continuous improvement. Requires a scientific or pharmaceutical degree, pharmaceutical industry experience, independent judgment, and decision-making skills.

Supports global pricing, quotation, RFQ, RFP, and commercial proposal processes. Maintains pricing models, templates, governance standards, approvals, and documentation while coordinating inputs from Business Development, Operations, Finance, Quality, and Project Management. Analyzes quotation performance, conversion rates, and market information, supports commercial decision-making, and improves quotation workflows across regions and service lines.

Research clinical trial markets, industry trends, sponsor pipelines, CRO activity, competitors, target accounts, and CRM data to identify commercial opportunities. Develop market intelligence reports, account profiles, competitor analyses, presentation materials, and strategic account insights for Business Development teams. Support conference targeting, post-event analysis, thought leadership, commercial messaging, and growth initiatives through actionable recommendations.
