Company Description

We are looking for an experienced Training Content Manager to join our growing Training team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in designing innovative training solutions that develop capability, improve performance, and support business growth across our global workforce.

Working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders across multiple business functions, you will design engaging training programmes, and create high-quality learning content that delivers measurable results. You will have the opportunity to influence how learning is designed and delivered across the organisation while helping to build a culture of continuous development.

Job Description

As our Training Content Manager, you will:

  • Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and performance gaps.
  • Translate complex operational, technical, and commercial information into engaging and learner-friendly content.
  • Apply consultancy skills to design and develop training programmes for both virtual and face-to-face delivery.
  • Create a wide range of learning materials, including:
    • Training Presentations
    • Content for online learning modules
    • Facilitator guides
    • Learner workbooks
    • Process and procedure guides
    • Assessments
    • Scripts for videos and multimedia resources
  • Develop blended learning solutions that accommodate different learning styles and audiences.
  • Define learning objectives and establish measures of success for training initiatives.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through learner feedback, performance measures, and business outcomes.
  • Work closely with our eLearning Design Team, providing content for digital learning solutions.
  • Act as a trusted learning partner to stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

  • 7 years+ experience in working in a training function scoping, designing and delivering/facilitating training
  • A strong track record of designing learning solutions that support business objectives.
  • Experience partnering with subject matter experts to gather, challenge, and structure complex content
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Experience designing blended learning programmes.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience measuring learning effectiveness and demonstrating business impact.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Strong consultancy, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
