Entry-level trainee travel consultant responsible for generating and managing luxury travel leads, handling bookings end-to-end, recommending premium travel products, building client relationships through outbound calls and visits, collaborating with suppliers and internal teams, meeting productivity and financial targets, and representing the company at industry events. Role requires flexibility for occasional outside-hours work to ensure exceptional client experiences.

Provide executive support to the Global CEO and wider Travel Division: manage diary, travel, expenses, confidential information; coordinate meetings, agendas and minutes; own departmental reporting and trackers; support growth initiatives, onboarding, events, and stakeholder communication across global teams.

Design, create and deliver interactive digital learning experiences using authoring tools and multimedia. Apply learning theory to build effective online courses, manage the LMS, liaise with stakeholders, run projects, test new methodologies, and ensure high visual design and learner engagement for global employees.

Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for IT projects, create process maps and wireframes, translate business needs into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria, liaise with stakeholders and third-party suppliers, support change management, testing, training, and continuous improvement.

Create and edit SEO-optimised, geo-targeted content for aviation, travel and logistics brands. Produce articles, landing page copy, aircraft guides, and magazine pieces; adapt tone of voice across brands and support regional marketing teams.

Sell and arrange cargo charter flights by building client relationships, handling rapid problem-solving, meeting KPIs, and coordinating logistics. Begin as a trainee with mentorship and industry training, progressing to broker responsibilities and frequent travel.

Process daily payments and receipts, perform bank reconciliations, set up payments, manage invoices and expense claims, maintain ledgers, support sales finance queries, handle intercompany transactions and journal entries, and assist with month-end/year-end tasks including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, reconciliations, and audit support.
