Job Title: Training Content Designer

Location: Amman, Jordan

Working Hours: Flexible 

About the opportunity  

We are taking a holistic approach to our journey toward process excellence, grounded in a federated operating model that accelerates continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. This role is part of the Centre of Excellence, which will ensure consistent methodologies, tools, processes, and overall capabilities across the enterprise, governed centrally and implemented within each business area.

The Training Content Designer plays a pivotal role in developing, designing, and delivering effective training materials and programs. This individual will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to create engaging and innovative content that meets the learning needs of the organisation.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality training materials, including e-learning modules, instructional videos, manuals, and other resources, ensuring they are engaging, accurate, and aligned with learning objectives.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to gather content, ensure accuracy, and integrate feedback into training materials.
  • May be required to utilise various enterprise tools and/or software to create and deliver interactive and multimedia-rich training experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and development, and continuously improve training materials and approaches based on feedback and evaluation.

Essential experience:

  • Min 5 years’ experience in the knowledge management field, preferably within manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Experience in working with external vendors
  • Experience: Proven experience in designing and developing training content, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Strong understanding of the complex competitive logistics / supply chain environment, and what effective knowledge management can enable.
