Job Title: Business Process Analyst/ Modeller

Location: Amman, Jordan

Working hours: Flexbile

About the opportunity  

We are taking a holistic approach to our journey toward process excellence, grounded in a federated operating model that accelerates continuous improvement and transformation initiatives. This role is part of the Centre of Excellence, which will ensure consistent methodologies, tools, processes, and overall capabilities across the enterprise, governed centrally and implemented within each business area. The Process Modeller is accountable for developing and maintaining process models aligned with the Company Standard. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain process models in Signavio according to company standard.
  • Maintain awareness of current and emerging methodologies and best practices, including automation technologies such as RPA, RDA, Conversational AI, Low Code/ No Code, Generative AI
  • Identifies new opportunities and works with Process CoE and the wider team to bring these opportunities to light.
  • Engage in a wide range of process modelling and continuous improvement initiatives, applying improvement techniques to identify improvement opportunities. Methods can also include utilising Signavio capabilities for analytics and future state design (e.g. process intelligence, process insights, customer journey, etc.)
  • Actively collaborate with business leads to identify, and implement innovative solutions to achieve business challenges / opportunities
  • Collaborate with engineering, technical teams and external vendors (as required)

Essential experience:


  • Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Systems Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in process modelling using tools such as Signavio.
  • Understanding of BPMN 2.0 standard and experience in process modelling tools (Signavio experience preferred)
  • Experience in running and facilitating workshops in person and virtually.
  • Data analysis experience (e.g. SQL/BigQuery, Python, Looker, Tableau or Power BI).
  • Formal certification in Lean Black Belt
  • Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Experience applying DMAIC, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Knowledge of automation and digital process improvement technologies.
  • Familiarity with transport and logistics or asset‑intensive industries.
