In the position of Trade Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute successful trade marketing plan for the region. A crucial aspect of this role involves establishing strong partnerships with our wholesale clients and bringing innovative Saucony brand experiences to life both in-store and online.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the wholesale marketing activities in the UK/IE region
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to co-create seasonal trade launch materials for the brand
  • Develop and synchronize strategic, consumer-centric business plans in coordination with stakeholders
  • Implement effective marketing strategies to strengthen the long-term channel champion program and distribute seasonal POS campaigns successfully
  • Execute customized campaigns specifically tailored to target consumers of our wholesale partners, aligned with the seasonal brand campaign objectives
  • Build and keep strong relationships with wholesale partners
  • Implement educational deliverables for wholesale partners, online and offline
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • Experience in outdoor/sports/footwear/fashion industry preferred
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the market and commercial awareness
  • An excellent communicator who effectively engages with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and motivational skills.
  • Progressive and creative.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills with the ability to manage and drive projects from design to execution.
  • Strong IT skills including Social Media, MS Office.  Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro and other Creative Suite tools strongly preferred.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and fluent in English and local language.
  • Ability to multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail. 

WORKING CONDITIONS

Normal office environment, travel within the region will be required.

Must be willing to spend occasional nights away.

Must be prepared to work occasional weekends if needed.
