We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic Senior Business Data Analyst for our newly established customer organisation (CS, Services, CX, Tech & AI). This is a unique opportunity to pioneer and build our evolving business while working in a start-up-like environment. 

In this role, you will be a central analyst working closely with business teams within and outside the organisation, leveraging data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and guide critical business decisions. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy and targets, and providing valuable recommendations to stakeholders. About The Role

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and support end-to-end ongoing operational and strategic initiatives across the customer organization to achieve our business goals.
  • Define and build dashboards to track business KPIs, success metrics, proxies, and targets
  • Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities aligned with the company-wide strategy.
  • Facilitate ongoing business reviews and presentations to executive leadership by translating complex data into simple, compelling stories. 
  • Continuously improve data processes and contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Own and lead the annual budgeting and planning process, including setting targets and developing forecasts to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, business analysis, preferably in SaaS or tech startups.
  • High-level proficiency in SQL is a must. 
  • Proven experience designing data models and building self‑serve dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable BI tools is a must.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global business environment.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, financial modeling, and business SaaS metrics.
  • Strong strategic thinking with solid business intuition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, while being highly independent and self-driven.
  • Quick to learn, curious, and proactive in driving continuous improvement.
