As the CRM Test Lead, you will own quality assurance for the Harrods CRM ecosystem, powered by SAP CX and Annex Cloud Loyalty. You’ll define and execute test strategies, lead end-to-end validation of implementations and updates, and ensure every release delivers exceptional functionality and user experience. Using advanced automation frameworks and strong leadership, you’ll build automated regression suites, mentor your team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, best-in-class CRM solutions.

About You

You will bring strong technical expertise and leadership to ensure the quality and reliability of our CRM ecosystem. You will define and execute test strategies, lead a team of testers, and deliver seamless integrations across SAP CX, Annex Cloud, and third-party applications.

You will:

  • Develop and document comprehensive test plans and schedules for CX projects.

  • Ensure coverage across functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers to meet timelines and quality standards.

  • Build and maintain automated regression suites and drive continuous improvement.

  • Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution.

  • Validate compliance with functional, performance, security, and regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate integration testing for enterprise systems and third-party applications.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for testing activities, communicating progress and results to stakeholders.
