We're looking for a Territory Account Executives to join our expanding Mid Market team in Paris.

About The Role- The Territory Account Executive (Mid Market) position owns the full sales cycle from territory mapping, outbound pipeline generation, building relationships with key stakeholders, negotiation & contracting, to closing the deal
- Work closely with current and prospective customers in the region as a trusted digital advisor to gain a deep understanding of their outstanding company challenges and goals.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities through business development and strategic market mapping, working to meet and exceed quotas.
- Develop strategies and coordinate cross-functional support to help customers maximize the value from the monday.com solution
- Empower our customers to connect their goals and challenges with the solution on monday.com.
- Partner with the customer going forward to help them grow with monday.com
- 3 -5 years of sales experience in a closing role at a SaaS company
- Experience in strategic digital transformation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Track record of success and overachievement
- Experience navigating complex deals with multiple stakeholders, while maintaining a strong consultative selling approach
- Driven self-starter with a growth mindset and solution oriented approach
- Collaborative, high-energy teammate
- Able to effectively and consistently manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus
- BA/BS degree preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience
Please note this is a hybrid role with 3 days a week in our Paris office.
