We are looking for a Technology Strategy Associate to deploy AI agents across our operations and for our customers.
Ohme is at the forefront of the application of AI and AI agents in the UK. We have made strong progress in building the underlying infrastructure necessary to support agent building and deployment. We have deployed our first proprietary agents and are now scaling up the building and deployment of more. These will be both for internal use across our own operations and external use by customers and B2B partners.
In this role you will:
- Own the vision for AI agents (and multi-agent systems) from a commercial and technical perspective
- Manage the build and deployment of those agents, serving as the delivery manager with technical teams to do so (AI Engineers, ML Ops Engineers etc)
- Enable operational and commercial teams to adopt, own, monitor and continuously improve those agents once they are deployed
Requirements for this role:
- Strong AI literacy; you are familiar with AI agent architectures and the work required to deploy them (MCP servers, guardrails, evals, etc)
- Highly organised; maintaining documentation, communicating with stakeholders and managing your own project milestones is critical
- Commercially curious; you are interested in how the various parts of Ohme work and contribute to the bottom line. It will be your job to balance technical complexity with commercial impact
- Data driven; able to test hypotheses with data and analyse operational / commercial data to spot trends
- Connected to the latest thinking in the application of AI and agents (blogs, podcasts, conferences etc.)
Nice to have:
- You have previously held a position where you have had to deliver a technical project before such as in product management or technology consulting
- You have worked in a technology start-up or scale up before
- Familiarity with low/no code tools (n8n, Workado, Zapier etc) and vibe coding platforms (Replit, Base 44, Loveable etc)
