Job Summary:


As a Technology Risk and Controls Executive Director within the Cyber Security team, you will set the strategic vision for risk management and controls. You will lead high-impact initiatives, partner with executive leadership, and ensure our frameworks meet the highest standards of compliance and resilience. Your leadership will drive innovation, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll inspire teams and help us navigate the evolving technology landscape.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Define and execute the strategic vision for technology risk and controls
  • Lead firmwide initiatives to enhance risk management frameworks and practices
  • Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and regulatory changes
  • Oversee compliance with global regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Guide the development of advanced analytics and reporting for risk management
  • Mentor and develop senior leaders and teams
  • Represent the firm in industry forums and regulatory engagements

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

 

  • Extensive leadership experience in technology risk management or a related field
  • Proven ability to set and execute strategic direction
  • Deep understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence
  • Experience leading large, global teams in a matrixed environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Expertise with risk management tools and advanced analytics
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all organizational levels

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

 

  • Advanced degree or executive certification in risk management or related discipline
  • Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry
  • Track record of innovation and transformation in risk management
  • Participation in industry forums or regulatory working groups
