Group Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of inputs and participation in quality meetings.
Management of internal non-conformities.
Handling of customer feedback (analysis, implementation and follow-up of action plans).
Monitoring of internal degraded modes (authorization/shutdown of production in the event of a problem) with analysis, implementation and monitoring of action plans.
Coordination of supplier defect handling with the supplier quality technician.
Participation and performance of internal audits (product, process, 5S, PDS, workstation).
Participation in preparation for second and third-party audits (8D, process qualification, certification, customer approach, etc.).
Ensure compliance with standards in the field.
